Terms & Conditions
In order to secure your reservation, a minimum deposit of 50% from the total rental amount will be charged using PayPal (all credit cards accepted). The balance of the total rental fee can be settled upon arrival. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
For cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival we charge one night and tax. The rest of your deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made in June, July, August, last two weeks of December or less then 30 days prior to arrival are 50% charged. Your deposit is non-refundable.
Check In / Check Out
Standard check-in time is from 2PM / Standard check out time is 12 noon. Early check in and late check-out depending on availability.
The Estate has 7 bedrooms. A villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 cottages, all with double beds. 4 extra single mattresses are available (surcharge). Maximum occupancy is 18 adult guests. 2 baby cots are available.
Hillside Eden has a full time 7 people staff and a general manager to organize all your daily needs. You can trust on a discrete & professional housekeeping staff and an incredible service level.

Hillside Eden ensures that you will always enjoy the lowest price when you book the estate directly. If you find a lower publicly available rate within 48 hours of making your reservation, alert us and We will match the price and give you an extra 5% discount on that rate.
