Inclusions

All bathrooms have free toiletries. Wifi is available in all the rooms and public areas. Every room has free coffee and tea facilities and a hot/cold mineral water dispenser is set up for you to use and a daily mineral water bottle will be placed in your room every day. Free guided trekkings from Hillside Eden are included for all our guests. For the little ones we offer free babysitting service and several kids programs. And of course you´ll enjoy your wlecome drink upon arrival.

Payment

To confirm your booking a 200 USD deposit payment is required. The deposit can be paid through Paypal or bank transfer. The ballance can be paid upon arrival. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discovery or cash payments.

Best Price Guarantee

If, within 48 hours of making your booking, you find the same listing at a lower, publicly available price, we'll match that price and give you a 100 USD credit to spend during your stay with us. To qualify, the offer you've found must be identical to the one displayed on our website.

Occupancy

The estate has 7 bedrooms and 14 guests are included in the nightly rate and can be hosted in comfortable bedding. We can place 4 extra single matrasses with a maximum occupancy of 18 guests. An amount of 20 USD per person per night will be charged for every person above 14.

Cancellation

The 200 USD deposit is refundable within 60 days after booking confirmation, unless the arrival date is less then 60 days.

Check in / Check out

Check in is possible from 14.00 (2PM) and check out is at 12 noon. Early check in or late check out is possible, depending on availability.

Government Tax & Service Charge

A totall of 15% government tax and service charge is included in the published nightly rates.

Damage / Loss

Any damage or losses caused during the Rental Period will be the Guest’s responsibility and may be charged to the Guest. In cases of excessive or unacceptable loss or damage we may require the guests to vacate the property immediately, without compensation or refund.

Child Policy

Children up to 4 years will not be charged. We have two complimentary baby cots available on request. If you travel with children below 5 years old, do not add them in the number of guests, but do let us know in the remarks to avoid extra person charge above 14 guests.

Pets

The presence of pets is prohibited as a standard policy. However, in certain circumastances we can deviate from this, but only with explicit permission from Hillside Eden. A request must be made at least 24 hours before the arrival date.

Insurance

Hillside Eden strongly advises you to take out fully comprehensive travel insurance for everyone in your group before you travel to Bali. This will protect you against medical costs in case of injuries or illness, including loss of baggage; cancellations; death; and other possible unforeseen circumstances.

Privacy Policy

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously, any personal information received will only be used to complete your booking. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
