THE ESTATE
We offer an uncompromised 5 star service level with a fully trained on-site manager, discrete hospitality staff, private chef, butler and bar staff. The estate is situated in the jungle of an unspoiled part of Bali. A huge 4-bedroom villa on the edge of the valley and 3 unique designed cottages in the tropical garden right beside the villa. The private bar & restaurant in the middle of it is a perfect lounge area as well and also has unbelievable views over the jungle. All 7 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and come with free toiletries. Each room has a terrace or balcony and large windows with spectacular views. The estate is perfect for retreats, families with kids or a group of friends up to 14 people, but it's also a romantic haven for honeymooners. For bigger groups there are 4 extra floor mattresses available. Our maximum capacity is 18 guests. Children are warmly welcomed.

THE VILLA
The villa has 4 large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The two upper rooms have a huge balcony and the 2 lower rooms a terrace next to the heated pool. All rooms and spaces in the villa have spectacular views over the valley. The villa´s living room has a full operational kitchen with a fridge, stove and microwave. On the attic there is a gameroom with lots of entertainment for kids and adults.

THE COTTAGES
The 3 cottages are exclusively designed and are built in 2018. The windows surrounding the cottage and the triangle design gives a spacious and open experience. All three cottages have outdoor bathrooms for that extra tropical feeling. They are located in the garden, very close to the villa building and restaurant. Right in front of the playcourt, a lounge gazebo and one of the fish ponds.

The extensive gameroom is full of fun. Situated on the attic of the villa building with magnificent views over the valley. Take a break from all the fun and dream away at the highest balcony of the property. Bring your favorite boardgame or instrument to the garden and have fun and play in the sun. You only have to push the butler button for our staff to come and serve you with refreshing drinks and bites.

THE RESTAURANT
The private bar & restaurant is a unique benefit. And not only that, the food we serve is of great quality. The culinary à la carte menu offers delights of local, Asian and Western cuisine, all organic and fresh. We have our own vegetable garden and all ingredients are handpicked from the local market. Besides the restaurant there is a fully serviced bar where we provide a wide range of drinks. Soda’s, healthy drinks, fruit juices, wines, beers, spirits and cocktails are available throughout the day and evening. Butler buttons in the main areas are installed for your convenience. Your breakfast is included and served in your private restaurant overlooking a lush green jungle as far as the eye can see.
